Planning related applications

Planning Appeals & Enforcement

Have you been refused planning permission? This does not necessarily have to be the end of your dream development. Transparent Planning have helped clients like you successfully appeal their refused application to the Planning Inspectorate – an independent body who impartially check the decision of the local Council.

If the Council have contacted you to tell you that something you have built is unlawful, Transparent Planning can represent you in negotiations – where possible ensuring that no further action is taken against you.

Neighbour Development Concerns

Is your neighbour proposing to build something that causes you concern? It’s REALLY easy to object to the Planning Department, however, it is not so easy to ensure your objection covers points that the Council can take into consideration. We can help you ensure that your objection raises valid points which can be used as reasons for refusal. Our significant Local Planning Authority experience has taught us that many objections fall away very quickly as they do not raise concern with issues that can be dealt with through the planning process.
